This small village dates back to the Genoese occupation. Built high on a ridge, it is dominated by a tall tower house, the Maison Tozza. Most of the houses are built of schist and covered with lauze roofs. Admire the chapel dedicated to San Cervone, former bishop of Piedmont. Built in the 16th century, it dominates the village with its monumental staircase and arcaded bell tower. Since ancient times, Campi has been a passageway between the Alesani valley and the Pianiccia plain, via the Muteri pass and the Novale caves. Take this magnificent walk in the footsteps of the shepherds who used to transhumance to the plain.
