Olmeto is a coastline of beaches and coves, each more attractive than the last. Two stretches of white sand crowned by the sea and watched over by the privately-owned Genoese towers of Calanca and Micalona. It's also a site occupied in prehistoric times, in addition to the romanticized story of the passionate Colomba. For hikers, Olmeto is linked to Porto-Pollo by the Mare e Monti trail (6-hour walk). A few kilometers away, for example, you can enjoy the waters of the Baracci baths, known since Antiquity. Very popular in the 19th century, the establishment was abandoned for a long time before reopening in 1992.
