Superb restaurant with chic decor has large panoramic terraces in Olmeto.

This superb restaurant with its chic decor and large panoramic terraces has been taken over by Ange-Marie, who comes from a family of Olmeto restaurateurs that has been in business for several generations. The golf course stretches out in front of you and a beautiful menu awaits you: fish soup, veal tartar with a knife, filet of Saint-Pierre with a crumble on the sea side, veal steak in a hazelnut crust on the land side or linguine with pan-fried foie gras and porcini mushrooms for pasta lovers. The wood-fired pizzas are delicious and the desserts gourmet. Don't forget to book for the Corsican song evenings!
