A beautiful Mediterranean cuisine to enjoy in a restaurant in Olmeto.
Here, Laurent is at the stove and has been running his straw hut with brio for 20 years. The gulf of Valinco to feast your eyes and a tasty Mediterranean cuisine to be tasted: local fishing according to arrival, mussels and French fries or risotto, sardines or grilled sea breams, Corsican Burger or linguine with scallops, rack of lamb or duck breast with honey and, for the amateurs, fried joëls, plank of artisanal delicatessen and farmhouse cheeses, as well as the unavoidable pizza! Special mention for the delicious salads and for the sparkling welcome of the whole team!
