But also within the prestigious "Relais Dessert" circle, with its demanding, qualifying training. In January 2022, Jérémy opened his own boutique to the immense pleasure of gourmets! He'll be creating intense chocolate éclairs, chocolate caramel entremets and tiramisu verrines. But also delicate macaroons, gâteau nantais, madeleines and sublime viennoiseries for children's snacks! Everything is handcrafted on site and 100% homemade. The chocolate range, with its 14 delicate flavors, as well as the grand cru chocolate bars, are all homemade. Other sweet treats include beggars and chocolate balls. We can't wait for the marshmallow teddy bears and other boxes of bite-sized chocolate treats announced for the festive season. Of course, Jérémy also caters for the needs of private and family events: weddings, receptions... A young, hyper-creative artisan with no shortage of new ideas and projects.
