Our artisan pastry chefs - Loïc for 43 years - are present in Bayonne with their own workshop-boutique, where they master production from A to Z. Crowned best Basque cake in Bayonne in 1996, they make them every day with Herriko flour: cream, almond, cherry and chocolate. Also shortbread: sweet, savory, and other variations in boxes, madeleines, cakes.
