It is a pastry made from flour, eggs, milk, vanilla and rum... at first glance, nothing exceptional, would you say? And yet, it is a real challenge, when you try to prepare them yourself, to achieve the feat of obtaining a soft Canelé inside and crispy outside. Set up along Sautel Boulevard, near the ring road, the shop perpetuates a unique know-how that makes these caramelized cupcakes particularly delicious. Canelés Gros at 70 centimes each, Canelés Lunch at 50 centimes or Canelés Bouchée at 40 centimes: the choice depends on your appetite and especially on your greed! You can even let yourself be tempted by other specialities such as tourtières, caramels with Canelés and the brand new product: the Bordeaux Canelés spread!
