Rose & Léon is a delicatessen of such refinement that our arms fall off. In the field of salted or sweet, we are delighted to meet all these untraceable products opening the door to poetry, because the packaging is not in rest. You can have lunch on the^first floor or on the terrace. The prepared dishes remind us of Kandinsky's works. It takes skill, delicacy and love, a trilogy of rare ingredients... High brilliance, nec plus ultra!

Nicole Boulet, recently joined by Jocelyne Didou, chose in 1999 to raise 60,000 petit gris snails on her farm. She also grows her own vegetables and fruit to make her own organic products. Of course, there is the traditional snail for the holidays, but also a whole range of snailines for the aperitif. We recommend the recipe with lentils from Saint-Flour to garnish cherry tomatoes. A must visit (by appointment)!

Jean and Jeremy run a store dedicated to 100% ethical products for the aperitif. Their commitment: to offer quality products, to favor organic, reasoned, local or at least French products. You can buy peanuts in bulk, spreads, chips from Aveyron, lemonades from Vercors... but also wines, beers and spirits. The two companions propose trays to compose with cheeses, delicatessen, dried fruits and chips, nicely presented in big spruce boxes made for them by a craftsman of the Jura.

A trailer on top of a field on the Saint Girons-Foix road? What is it? It is the den of Christelle Record, a farmer of calves under the mother's milk, always engaged in the promotion of short circuits and fervent defender of the better and local consumption. She worked hard during the confinements and now she is in charge of this trailer/grocery store. 145 producers, which shows that Ariège has a beautiful diversity and that one finds in the caravan salted and sweet groceries, fresh and organic vegetables, meat, delicatessen, cheese, eggs, drinks...

The Vignécoise Farm is at the same time breeding, workshop of transformation and canning. To visit the Coustalat house in Vignec is to discover the real products of the soil in situ. Here, the black pig of Bigorre snorts in the nature to be transformed into terrines, sausages, ventrèches, hams, confits... All the products are sold in the store along with cooked dishes such as garbure or daube or fattened duck specialties from the neighboring Gers. Everything is excellent and you will not leave here without some souvenir jars.

Ô Local is a tearoom/cantine/designer boutique on the banks of the Loire. Émilie and Morgane, epicureans, wanted to promote organic and local products, well-being and living together by creating this unusual place, fitted out in a spirit of recovery and a cosy atmosphere. Here, you can take a snack break, dine on gourmet cuisine at lunchtime, or enjoy a drink while admiring the Loire River. You're sure to fall for one of the creations in the pretty boutique, or a piece of clothing from the second-hand shop. A place full of life, delicacies and sweets!
