The Domaine du Clos Saint-Louis was founded in 1918 by the Bernard family… For five generations, the family has been serving the most famous beverage in the region, which takes all its nobility letters to Fixin. Today, it is Philippe, Oenology and President of the defense union of Fixin, and his wife Martine, who manage the domain and make it discover. It sits at the foot of a seventeenth century building and this is where everything is done: fermentation, cooking, bottling, labeling,… Steps to discover the owners while you can, in a cellar decorated with old tools, taste one of the twelve wines offered. Wines that are the fruit of 19 hectares of vine in Burgundy, Marsannay, Fixin, Fixin Premier Cru, Côte de Nuits village and Gevrey-Chambertin… We were able to taste a very good Fixin "Clos between two Velles" in 2013 and next time we won't pass next to the 2013 Fixin 1 st Cru Cru. In addition, Le Clos Saint-Louis offers white wines and even a Cremant; at all reasonable prices. True know-how for authentic wines!

Accompanied by Valérie and Jean-Batiste, Roland and Christophe Denis operate a vineyard that has 13.5 hectares and extends today to the municipalities of Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Chorey-les-Beaune. From Burgundy Aligoté to Burgundy Pasta Pass, passing through great prestigious wines such as Corton-Charlemagne and Corton "Les Paulands", the range of wines in the area is very extensive. For three generations, the family looked after the vineyards of Beaune's Hospices before Roland decided to create its own domain in the 1970 s. The wines of the field are noticed by the specialists. Thus, the guides Hachette and Dussert-Gerber highlighted in their 2017 editions the White Pernand-Vergelesses White 2014 or the first cru Vergelesses Vergelesses 2012 and 2013. Attentive care and know-how combining tradition and modernity offer lovers a rich palette of wines.

It is since 2010 that Colin Seguin, a breeder-breeder, recognized for his excellent value for money, has its wine tasting cellar in Nights-Saint-Georges. Ideally located at the northern entrance of the city, the cellar contains all the treasures of the House, and a free wine tasting can be enjoyed. All bottles are labeled Colin Seguin, from the most beautiful Villages to the most famous Grands Crus. The house Colin Seguin, born in business activity, evolves towards a domain structure. Some vineyards are already on property, but above all the house buys either grapes, or must, or ready-to-eat parts, ten every year to the sale of the wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The winery's wine cellar optimizes the wine cellars and livestock in the cellars and cellars Nuitonnes. The year 2013 was an important year in the evolution of the house Colin Seguin because it started taking this profile of owner-trader-trader to master the process of developing its wines, a evolution to be seen absolutely by the rediscovery of its appellations.

Gilles Joannet is a liquorist craftsman located in Arcenant. The trip is worth a visit and we advise you to visit this passionate person directly on his property. This simple and benevolent man will be happy to explain his work, answer your questions and offer you a tasting session. His company has been operating since 1984 and its products have already received numerous medals (five gold medals since 2008 and two awards of excellence in 2013 and 2014). What we love above all is the cream of cassis 20%. The specialists are not mistaken because they awarded him the Gold Medal 2015 as it was in 2012. It's not too sweet, it's greedy and it's unbeatable, it's the best aroma of the cassis and tastes almost alone. Gilles Joannet also offers liqueur of apricot, cherry, melon, sugar beet, pissenbed flower, pruning, cynorrhodonation or tomato. He even manufactures milk liquor or coing. Finally, let us know that he is taking the fruit himself in hedges. For more information, please visit our website. Gilles Joannet can ship his creams and liqueurs and his products are available in some (good) wine cellars of the region.

Here you don't have to spend months in advance to develop the benefit you want. days is enough, with an estimate set in three or four days. This is not why you will have to do a standardised buffet. On the contrary, Jérôme Monasse makes the custom, and adapts to the nature of the event, instead of the type of meal requested and, of course, the budget. It all started with a love story. Suzanne met Pierre, they got married and had many children. Three to be precise: Maxime, Romain and Pierre-Marie. Three brothers who seemed destined to take over the family estate in Couchey. But even if you have this gift in your blood, being a winegrower cannot be improvised. And that is the character of the Derey family: pugnacity, research and a visceral attachment to a terroir and its fruit. Being young winemakers is their strength, and it is by respecting the soil of their ancestors that they revisit this dusty, old school Burgundy that they love so much. The moral of the story? Love (of wine) always wins.

Opened in autumn 2013, the winery Paul Michel is located in the heart of a small courtyard, in the Rue des restaurants beaunois. It is not surprising, therefore, that Laurent Duley's boutique has already reached a great reputation among the city's conservators, but also among individuals. It is probably also because Laurent has already worked as a merchant for 20 years before opening his own cellar. He is well acquainted with Burgundy wine growers and about 150 in his shop. The prices it offers are as low as possible. The cellar also has an impressive beer radius with more than 300 references… and strong alcohols are also well represented. The top 50 of the whiskies and its top 20 of the rums are appreciated. Add to all this that it is one of the few wine merchants in Beaune able to host one or more buses. An address to be addressed: she has no end to surprise us!

Colourful entrees that revisit the great classics, biscuits, cakes and cookies (a real delight!) attract the gourmands. The creations follow the seasons, with for example numerous savoury shortbreads for the aperitif: truffles, epoisses or even mustard from Fallot. During the festive season, the Logs compete with inventiveness to enchant the desserts of refined dinners. Six beers are now in the Brasserie des Ducs catalog, with the addition of more seasonal ones. All are produced here from A to Z, from recipe development to labeling. In addition to their boutique in Longchamp, you'll find their products in wine shops, restaurants and delicatessens in the Jura and Côte d'Or regions. Don't hesitate to let yourself be tempted. Henri Prudhon was created in 1945 by Henri and his wife, both from the maturity families of Saint-Aubin. Their son Gérard developed bottling and on-line marketing. It is now his two sons, Philippe and Vincent, who manage the operation, 85% of which is part of the export. The 15 hectares of vines spread between Saint-Aubin, Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Beautiful land for excellent wines… one dozen of the first wines. By appointment, you are welcomed to the cellar of this typical Vigneronne house whose dynamism is underlined by the presence of a very modern cellar.

New in 2015, Bareuzai begins a new life! Completely transformed into a winery by the Charousset establishments, well known in the region as they are head of a network of 8 Burgundian cellars, they continue their ascent by taking this sign. The location is remarkable. Just opposite the mountain of Corton which gives birth, with 150 hectares of vineyards, to wonderful Côte-de-Beaune every year. The burgundy roof of the building does not cheat, the cellar of Bareuzai knows what it is talking about. You will find a wide selection of wines from Burgundy in white and red, including some regional designations and very great wines. To be complete, the cellar also offers you champagnes and creamy and even bib (bag in box), very fashionable lately. Not to mention the spirits: Whiskies, liqueurs… Not only in bottles of wines, of quality, but also the establishment makes a wine bar. It is an opportunity to taste the vintages of the house and to accompany them with slate of meats and local cheeses. Sit on the terrace or in the cellar by privatizing it for a group tasting with your friends or workstations.

Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.
