This village of some 5,000 inhabitants is located in the north of the department, on the banks of the Durance, a few kilometres from Aix-en-Provence. It has several hamlets outside its historic center (Saint-Canadet, La Cride, Les Goirands). Bordered to the west by the Rognes massif, its natural border to the south is marked by the Trévaresse mountain range. Discover the very lively cultural life of this village and visit the castle of Arnajon - walks in the park or musical evenings - but also the chapel of Sainte-Réparade, which owes its name to Saint-Pierre-aux-Liens, in Provençal San Peyre Encadenat, from which also derives the name of Saint-Canadet.
