The Château de Fonscolombe, an 18th century residence classified as a historical monument and renovated according to the rules of art, is a 5-star relay-castle. The 50 rooms are very elegantly decorated. You can dine at the Orangerie, a bistronomic restaurant, or at the Table de l'Orangerie, the gastronomic restaurant, open in the evening, directed by the new chef Marc Fontanne. You can also have lunch around the bald cypress, classified as a remarkable tree, every Sunday from 12:30 pm.
