PARC NATUREL REGIONAL DE CAMARGUE
Petit Futé's opinion on PARC NATUREL REGIONAL DE CAMARGUE
Created in 1970, the Camargue Regional Nature Park covers more than 100,000 hectares. It is located on the Mediterranean coast, inside the Rhone delta, in 3 communes: part of the commune of Arles and Port-Saint-Louis-du-Rhône and the entire commune of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. A place where birds, superb pink flamingos, bulls and horses live, it is also a land where men and women work in the fields and rice fields.
