At Fonscolombe, the vineyard backs onto the northern slopes of the Trévaresse mountain range, stretching over the sedimentary basin of the lower Durance and facing the Luberon mountain range. The vines benefit from a continental climate, with cool nights and cold winters. The 32 ha of AOP Coteaux d'Aix and IGP Méditerranée vines are organically farmed. The quality grape varieties (Caladoc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon and Chardonnay) produce young, light and highly aromatic wines.
