Dimitri Tikhonkikh, a winegrower in Sannes in the Luberon, opened La Bonne Quille in Le Puy Ste Réparade, a few kilometers from Aix, with Hency, Cave and wine bar. The place is convivial, and it has to be said that the 2 partners are bon vivants. There's no fuss here, just sit out on the terrace around the barrels, or share the big table inside to enjoy a plate cooked by Dimitri or homemade tapas with a glass of wine. Great welcome, superb wines with Hency's advice, beers, spirits, delicatessen.
