At the eastern entrance to the village, on the traffic circle, stands an indicator column with sundials dating back to Napoleon I. Another point of interest is the Romanesque church. This 12th-century edifice features a triple Romanesque nave and a Gothic bell tower-porch. Step inside and admire the superb frescoes between the ogives. The grisaille motifs probably date from the 16th century, when craftsmen took up the traditions of Antiquity. The portal and the bas-reliefs on the outer walls of the choir are also worth a look. Last but not least, Dorlisheim has been a wine-growing Mecca for 1,000 years!
