This family-run business, run by Stéphane Thaurin, recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. It offers artisan hams, sausages and other delicacies made in the charcuterie-salaisons workshop. The choice of sausages is extensive: dry, smoked, based on regional wines... In addition to the unmissable hams and sausages, brési (the equivalent of viande des grisons) is also featured. The house also concocts succulent terrines. And in summer, grilled sausages (with Comté, Arbois wine, herbs...) are a must for your barbecues.

In the rue de la chouette is the Dijon boutique of Moutarderie Fallot. Here, you'll discover the traditional mustard-making process: the mustard seeds are ground on a stone millstone. Once or twice a month, the millstone on display in Dijon comes into operation to prepare Meursault mustard before your very eyes. At night, a hologram comes to life, showing you how the product is made. Pay a visit to the head office in Beaune. Linger at the mustard bar to discover all the flavors.

La fromagerie de Chevigny specializes in the production of high-quality artisan cheeses. Located in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, it offers a wide range of cheeses, including Comté, Morbier, Mont-d'Or and many others. The cheese dairy attaches great importance to the quality of its raw materials and the traditional production methods it uses. You can discover all these delicious cheeses by visiting the Chevigny cheese dairy. Comté is famous for being different from other cheeses from higher altitudes.

The reputation of this fruit farm is well established: it ensures the in situ maturing of its production (8,700 wheels) which comes from the 3.3 million litres of milk produced annually. The cheesemakers Pascal and Mathieu and their teams produce 2 appellations, Comté and Morbier, as well as a tomme cheese called "La Fertoise" and a raclette cheese. In the shop, you will find a fine selection of regional products. A fruit grower on the page of the 21st century, as it has just installed a waste and waste water treatment system resulting in zero discharge of polluting products.

A large family business, born in 1898, specialized in sparkling wines. Its 250 ha of vineyards cover 6 different terroirs producing numerous crémants of Burgundy appellation as well as more prestigious crus: brut blanc de blanc, vintage, grande cuvée, organic. The guided or audio-guided tour reveals the workshops, cellars, robots and automatons. In the store, you will find products from the Burgundy region: aniseed from Flavigny, Fallot mustard, Prosper Maufoux wines from Saint-Aubin.

Passionate, he selects for you the best products. From the region or elsewhere, the cheeses are matured on the spot, in vaulted cellars, located under the cheese dairy and visible from the shop. So much to say that the choice is great! Goat's cheese, Comté cheese by the slice or farm yoghurt from the region, but also delicatessen products pleasantly complete the stalls.

Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. It's possible to taste them all, thanks to the fact that the wines are kept in an oenomatic cellar, which allows the bottles to be kept open under nitrogen. Fruitière du Val d'Amour is a dairy cooperative founded in 1952, which has rapidly become a major player in the field of milk processing into quality dairy products. It stands out for its respect for the environment and biodiversity, with local producers who adhere to strict quality and sustainability standards. Comté and Morbier are the fruitière's flagship products. Other dairy products include butter, crème fraîche and yoghurt.

In 1957, it all began in a small village on the Hautes Côtes, in the hamlet of Orches, with 10 winegrowers. Today, it has 80 associate winegrowers working 350 ha of vines from Maranges to Marsannay on 1,472 plots. It is the only cooperative winery in the Côte-d'Or region to have earned the Vignerons Engagements label, selling 3 million bottles a year of sustainable, organic and eco-designed cuvées. 40 references, from regional appellations to grands crus and Crémants.

Founded in 1946, Maison Gaugry is well known to Burgundy cheese lovers. The stars here are Palet de Bourgogne, a delicious soft cheese with a washed rind, Soumaintrain and Chaource PDO. Winner of several awards, Maison Gaugry enjoys developing products that combine gourmet pleasure with respect for tradition, such as Époisses AOP, Plaisir au Chablis bio, Crémant and Brochonnais bio. You can take a gourmet tour of the production facilities, and even treat yourself to a selection of cheeses.

The Védrenne shop in the rue Bossuet is a nice showcase for the group of the same name based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Created in 1923, the Védrenne house is a real institution. Among the distillery's products, we can mention the "Supercassis" blackcurrant cream at 20 degrees which is a pure delight, or, very trendy, the triple dry curaçao. The fruit creams are available with chestnut, blueberry, vine peach and the liqueurs allow to make amazing cocktails, like the one with elderflower. There are many references in the shop.

Located in Rully, the Maison Amelin has been putting traditional know-how and quality at the heart of its sparkling wine production for over 60 years. At the head of this family business, Géraldine produces 350,000 bottles per year: fine wines, crémants or sparkling wines in brut, rosé or even red! All of them are elaborated according to the traditional method that we are happy to discover during a tasting or a visit of the site. Practical: you can even extend your stay by taking advantage of the gîte installed above the winery.

Just at the entrance of Ahuy, Biocoop has its 450 m² department store. Like the other stores in the network, the address advocates the development of products from organic farming, according to an ecological ideal. Here, local producers are involved and offer their products in the shop. The bread offered every day is fresh and local. You will also find a cheese and charcuterie section, a very wide choice of fresh products, vegetables and a large bulk section to reduce waste. We like the variety of teas and herbal teas on offer. A plethora of items for the whole family and even for your pet! Huge choice and great quality.

For the past 35 years, this cooperative cellar of 9 winegrowers has been offering wines from the little-known Vézelay vineyards, which have been there since... Gallo-Roman times! Sales and tastings are on offer, as well as a very pleasant "Formule Vélo": on the handlebars of an electric two-wheeler, you can visit the vineyards and surrounding villages for two hours. The tour ends with a visit to the winery. And, of course, tasting our wines and homemade ratafias.

Farmers for 5 generations in the heart of the village of Cosges, Ferme de Suzie is a family-run farm that has been involved in regenerative agriculture for over five years now, working intensively on its carbon footprint and animal welfare. This family estate (5 generations) covers 55 ha. Here, you'll discover great wines produced with respect for tradition, as well as a collection of corkscrews and antique tools in a beautiful museum.
