In this pretty store located in the city center, you can come and fill up on snacks. You can find here the products of the brand Mistral whose factory is based in Semur-en-Auxois. The choice is large and the references are of quality. Pure butter madeleines, a whole range of soft filled Chocobeurs (caramel, orange, coconut) and brand new in the organic range, vegan cookies or Chocopecan, salted or sweet cookies, chocolates and confectionery, in short a place full of delicacies. Soft butter, French flour and whole eggs are a guarantee of quality.

The Lombard Bar nestles in the vaulted cellar of the former Lombard cheese dairy. Here, or on the terrace, you can sample one of the hundred or so local beers available on the shelves. The domain is a charming address for its welcome and its simplicity. Cécile and her son work together on 21 hectares of land, respecting the environment - certified in organic farming - in order to further improve the quality of the grapes and the wines. The diversity of the terroirs is reflected in the wide range of their wines, which are quite exceptional. Wines from Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles are also offered for tasting. With the opening of this attractive boutique, Gevrey-Chambertin has acquired a caterer of choice. Le Clos du Roy, a trio of chefs including Philippe Poillot, Pierre Lebaupin and pastry chef Tony Belliet, has chosen to export its expertise to the land of grands crus. A quality team to offer ready-made dishes and pastry treasures, to take away, in individual portions or in reception formats. The private tasting room allows you to dine on the premises while sampling some famous nectars.

Created in 1978 by Jean Jacquin, it is now Jean-Michel (one of his sons) who is at the helm of this beautiful family estate of 7.6 ha (including 3.85 ha in 1er Crus and 4 ha in Chablis). Here, the wines are vinified then bottled at the domain in the purest tradition and in the perfect respect of the soils and the natural processes. To taste here Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, as well as Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Petit Chablis and Chablis.

Right next to the emblematic Dijon owl, the Simone et Maurice ice cream parlour offers a warm welcome for a refreshing break. Now a must-visit ice cream shop, Simone et Maurice offers 0% added flavors and 0% colorants. The menu of subtle, original flavors varies with the seasons and the imagination of founder Anne-Claire Guinard. Try the ever-popular raspberry-red bell pepper (BBQ), the indestructible vanilla, or let yourself be tempted by the 100% Côte-d'Or flavors: Flavigny aniseed, blackcurrant and, of course, gingerbread.

Alain Gillon, a farmer from the Châtillonnais region, started out in viticulture in 1995 with his brother Patrick. Julien and Romain, their respective sons, took over the reins of the family domaine, investing heavily. The estate is set in a superb location, in the heart of the village and on the banks of the Seine, and comprises just over 9 hectares of vines. Always on the lookout for something new, the owners are currently vinifying a Crémant blanc de noir and an oak-aged white wine, both of which will be available in 2025.

To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another on this 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Serein. The 4 appellations are present: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent", and the Grand Cru "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses". The whole is produced in reasoned culture. Run to discover them! In addition to the cellar, a beautiful store awaits you.

Vellemin Froy's water comes from a preserved nature in Franche-Comté. It is distinguished from other waters by its exceptional balance and purity as well as its neutral pH.

History. In 1828, Doctor Jacquez discovered a thin stream of water during a walk and quenched his thirst. From the outset, he noticed the effects of this exceptional water on his body: purgative, diuretic and laxative, without prejudging at that time the healing properties of this spring which never freezes and remains at a constant temperature of 14°C at its emergence. It was only 30 years later that a catchment was carried out and the water was subjected to more detailed analyses which revealed an exceptional mineralization of 3.15 g/litre. After the approval of the Imperial Academy of Medicine on 29 December 1859, drilling work began for exploitation and sale to the public. A pavilion was built to protect the spring from the elements and in which an octagonal sandstone stele was erected, topped by a statue entitled "The dolphin child". This was followed by a prosperous period for Velleminfroy where people from all over Europe came to take the waters and they became internationally renowned until they were exported to the region that was still called Indochina. But little by little, the successive changes of owners overcame its exploitation. It was in 2004 that Paul Poulaillon, company director, acquired it, with the objective of reviving and discovering the "miraculous virtues" of this forgotten source.

The pluses. With a unique and perfectly balanced mineral composition (zero nitrate and zero nitrite), Velleminfroy mineral water is suitable for all ages (from 2 years old). As part of regular cures, it helps to supplement everyone's dietary intake.

It is also possible to discover the history of the Velleminfroy spring through the Water Museum, open Saturday noon and evening and Sunday noon.

The grand hotel La Cloche MGallery opens the doors of its boutique entirely dedicated to wine, with Charles-Antoine Musitelli as master on board. 20 by La Cloche offers its visitors a selection of great wines, often from Burgundy. You will be able to exchange ideas in front of the wall of the region's wines, enjoy a cosy "entre-soi" for wine lovers or meet winegrowers. A subtle mix between a boutique, a cellar and a tasting room, 20 by La Cloche is the place to be for wine lovers.

Founded in 1999 in Pouilly-sur-Loire, Les Craquants is an artisanal cookie maker offering (as the name suggests!) a very famous hazelnut and almond cookie. Les Craquants was awarded the title of Best Biscuit in France in 2002. Available in several variations, they rub shoulders with Carabiquettes (famous goat's milk caramels), as well as Nevers nougatines and pavés de la route bleue. There's also a pleasant tea room and a fine delicatessen section.

For almost half a century, the Carbillet pastry and chocolate factory has been delighting the people of Dijon! Traditional recipes such as excellent chocolate snails and rocks, shortbread for biscuits, fruit pies or strawberries for pastries! But also a cultivated penchant for innovation. Each season brings its own discoveries.... For example, the sixty with its chocolate caramel mousse, roasted pears with honey and pear puree. Among the chocolates, our favourites are the croq'télés... a whole program! In winter, we do not hesitate to go to Carbillet for candied chestnuts, they are excellent. It's up to you to taste it!

Fromagerie Poulet has four generations of expertise, mastering the entire cheese-making process, right through to maturing. Already well known to gourmet fans in Granges-sur-Baume, it opened the doors of a pretty boutique in Lons-le-Saunier in 2014. Here, she sells her delicious products: Jura tomme, raclette, morbiers and comtés. Other specialties from local and regional producers line the shelves. You'll also find the best Jura wines, homemade terrines, fir tree honey, Morteau sausage... at very attractive prices.

Domaine Houblin-Vernin has been established here in Migé for over 40 years, and is now run entirely by Valentin Vernin. Long committed to protecting the environment, he cultivates the 20 hectares with the utmost respect for nature. As proof of this, the estate has obtained Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) level 3 certification, the highest level of environmental certification for farms. The result is a superb production of Bourgogne Coulanges-la-Vineuse Red, White and Rosé, Crémant and Ratafia.

The Cave des Vignerons d'Igé brings together 25 vineyards covering 190 hectares, producing a variety of appellations. Wine-tourism outings are available for free exploration of the surrounding vineyards and villages. Stop by the boutique, where you can taste and sell our wines: Mâcon IGE Blanc, Mâcon Village, Saint-Véran, and Crémants de Bourgogne. A new feature is an online boutique offering a full range of wines, including Macon rosé du terroir des brigands. Established in the Chablis region for three generations, Domaine de Chantemerle was founded by Adhémar and Marguerite Boudin, then taken over by their son Francis, before their granddaughters Angélique and Virginie took over. The 20.5 ha on which it extends are divided into 4 crus: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis^1er cru Fourchaume, and Chablis^1er cru Homme Mort. The harvests are vinified on the spot, and matured 9 months in enamelled vats. The whole offering a very nice production which has long since proven itself!

Domaine Pierre Bourée Fils, owner of 6 ha of vines and wine merchant for up to 12 ha, offers a catalog of 80 appellations. A unique offering for a family estate. It owes its success to its attachment to tradition, and to the expertise it applies in a new 400 m² winery. Domaine Pierre Bourée Fils also runs its own restaurant, La Table de Pierre Bourée, a place where you can discover some of the estate's vintages between a very affordable menu and wines at estate prices!

Established since forty in Préhy, near Chablis, the Domaine de Noëlle is a family exploitation which proposes a rich and varied range of wines, all under AOC label. On the white side, Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Vieilles Vignes, Chablis matured in oak barrels, and Chablis Haute Tradition are there. But you can also discover excellent red wines of Burgundy, and even a (rarer) rosé wine. All this in a quality-price ratio quite unmatched! Run to discover them. Especially since the welcome is always very friendly.

Clément Goubard's Nocturne is intriguing in more ways than one. The brewer makes his beverages at night, according to the lunar cycles (and the advice of his grandfather, who always drank this way). Clément had intended to make wine, but - faced with the vagaries of the weather - preferred the relative security of a brewery. The organic orientation was obvious (returnable glass, green electricity, water management...). 5 references, including a "Stout de garde" with highly roasted barley, and a surprising "Efi" which benefits from a maceration of lemony plants.

Since 1990, on 9 hectares of vineyards, the Bardet family (now represented by Damien and his cousin Alexandre) has specialized in Chablis, Petit Chablis, Irancy and Burgundy, with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as well as Crémant Blanc de Blanc. No fewer than 7 appellations in all. Among the house's successes, the Chablis Cuvée 2020 won the Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Chablis 2022. Please note that tastings are available by appointment. So don't hesitate. Especially as the welcome is always warm and friendly.

Nicolas Poirier, who holds a master's degree in fermentation processes for the food industry, set up his own brewery after several years' experience in regional breweries. His ambition is to enlighten us about good beers by taking us on a journey. Arcane, the 6-degree blonde, is an abbey-style Belgian beer. Shangri La, the white beer with its hint of ginger, provides all the freshness you could wish for. Brune, a British porter at 6°, adds a hint of cocoa. Located 10 minutes from Dijon, the brewery has a production capacity of 150 to 300 hl per year.

La Cave du Caboulot is a nod to the Chagny restaurant Le Caboulot, run by Lauriane Lava's parents. The young woman worked there for many years, developing a passion for wine alongside her training in Beaune. It was therefore only logical that she should open her own cellar in the spring of 2022. She offers a selection of local and French wines, as well as spirits, beers, fruit juices and artisanal lemonades. The premises also feature a wine bar area, where Lauriane regularly organizes themed evenings.

Champy, founded in 1720, is the oldest of Beaune's great houses. Visit by appointment on rue du Grenier à Sel. Without an appointment, at Place de la Halle, you'll find a convivial boutique with a view of the Hôtel Dieu and a team of experts on Climats. Upstairs, a lounge area ideal for tasting Premiers and Grands Crus from the Côte de Beaune and Nuits. 500,000 bottles a year are produced from a third of the estate's 25 ha of vines, 30% of which are organic. Dimitri Bazas, technical director and oenologist, guarantees rigorous vinification.

A must-visit address in Beaune: over 200 types of cheese, including Délice de Pommard, invented by Alain Hess himself, master cheesemaker. This artisan torchon-molded cheese comes in a range of flavors: Dijon gingerbread, Beaune mustard bran, black summer truffle and blackcurrant bud. In the basement, 3 superb vaulted cellars invite you to sample local wines with a cheese platter of your choice, "cheese bar style". A must-taste!

For 4 generations, this family domain of 21 ha cultivates its vines in the greatest respect of the earth. To discover in its cellar, excellent wines in Bourgogne aligoté, Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre (in white and in red) and crémant. Proof of their great quality, in 2021 the Mâcon wine competition awarded a gold medal to the red Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre "Les Boisseaux" 2018 and the white Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre "Terre blanche" 2018. Moreover, the Petitjean family can also welcome you in their 3 ears of corn gite: Le Repaire de Saint-Bris.

Created by the winegrowers' union and chaired by Yvan Dufouleur, the Maison des Vignerons is a superb showcase for the 40 member winegrowers from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Premeaux-Prissey. Its vocation is to bring together a large number of references in one place. Mostly reds, but also whites, rosés and crémants are available. And if you don't know what to choose, a friendly sales assistant will listen to your preferences and advise you.

We're crazy about Sébastien Hénon's chocolates, gourmet treats, confectionery, creative tablets and macaroons. After a stint as a pastry chef in Lyon, this chocolatier and confectioner returns to the Côte-d'Or, where he is expanding his hand-crafted collections. A boutique is opening in Dijon, another in Plombières-les-Dijon, where he creates and runs "Chocolatez" duo and pro workshops, and a third in the center of Pommard in 2023. What a lovely boutique!

Le Clos des Flaveurs in Givry is a quality delicatessen run by Isabelle, a native of Madagascar. All shelves are remarkably well-stocked with exclusive products. Creamy products from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, charcuterie, organic fruit and vegetables, pasta, quality preserves, flours and fruit juices. Order an aperitif platter of cheeses and charcuterie embellished with exotic colors and flavors. Improvise a meal platter of samoussas or vegetable nems. And above all, appreciate Isabelle's kindness!

Pierre Hubert is a pastry chef not to be missed in Dijon. Whether in the Toison d'Or shopping centre or in his shop on rue des Godrans, many delicious creations await you. Macaroons, chocolates, jars of spreads or jams, and other delicacies and desserts will turn your head thanks to their colours and beauty! In Epineuil, 20 kilometers from Chablis, the Domaine des Quatre Saisons is a family business where each generation has come to write a chapter in its great and beautiful history. Domaine Stéphane Magnien is a 4.5-hectare wine estate handed down through four generations. Many visitors to this village of 160 souls only have eyes for "P'tit Pierre" (Pierre Chevassu). They flock from far and wide for his chocolates and pastries. The local boy returned in 1996. The talent of the Jurassian, in personalized pastries (including his galette) but especially in chocolates, has hit the spot. Monumental creations (the tower of Nozeroy, an aircraft carrier, a shovel...). Today they are available with local liquids (vin jaune, macvin, vin de paille...). The beans come from 14 different origins. A success to be meditated.

Situated on the heights of Mount Roland in Düsseldorf, this brewery claims to be the "heir" of Walter Gysin who registered the brand in 1900. Maria and Fabrice Pannaux prepare excellent beverages from their experiences in Belgium, the Czech Republic and Germany. Their beers are made according to the "German laws of purity" (water, malt, hops, yeast). 8 variants: blonde, white, amber and red, brown, india pale ale with funny names. A terrace with a small restaurant will allow you to have a pleasant break.

Owner-harvesters from father to son, the Jollys work in the tradition of Burgundy vineyards. Denis Jolly and his wife cultivate 17.5 hectares and produce 3 appellations (Chablis^1er cru Fourchaume, Chablis and Petit Chablis) using sustainable agriculture. Several awards have been given to their production. Like a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole and a burgondia gold medal for the Petit Chablis. To note their beautiful independent lodging giving on the wine exploitation. In short, here is a beautiful stage near Chablis.

Near Vézelay, run to visit the Domaine de Bel-Air managed by Romain Desbrosses who offers here his organic Tannay slopes, IGP. 9 ha in total, to which have been added 6 ha of Château Baron in Brinon-sur-Beuvron. Romain works his wines in an artisanal and subtle way, with a great respect for the environment, using only natural organic fertilizers for a better evolution of the soils and the vines. His Tannay slopes are marvelous. His Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Melon de Bourgogne too. Make an appointment because Romain is often in his vineyards!

With its 400 member-cooperators, Cave de Lugny shines the spotlight on these master craftsmen, proud of their land, who care for and nurture their vines all year round. The Cave Coopérative produces and markets wines, continuing the expertise of several generations of winegrowers. The Lugny winery raises and vinifies white wines in particular, bringing their uniqueness and international renown. A dedicated sales and tasting area showcases the floral, honey and citrus characteristics of these Mâconnais cuvées.

It was here, in Charolles, that (the late) Bernard Dufoux founded his first chocolate factory, in 1960. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength. In addition to its tempting boutique, the Charolles address is worth a detour for its production workshop, where chocolatiers and pastry chefs reveal the secrets of their trade to the public, and give classes. The chocolates they make are of the highest quality, using sometimes rare cocoa beans and exceptional hazelnuts and pistachios. Attractive subjects in original shapes are also produced for special events.

Henri and Madeleine Laroche were at the origin of this beautiful estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another and the Laroche family now cultivates 22 hectares of vines: 5 ha in the^1er cru Fourchaume, 1.30 ha in^1er cru Beauroy, 11 ha in Chablis and 4.50 ha in Petit Chablis. We particularly like the Chablis Saint-Pierre, named after the ^12th century church in Chablis, the Chablis^1er cru Troësmes, not to mention the Fourchaume, the Fourchaume "L'Homme mort" and the Fourchaume "Héritage". An excellent production recognized and distributed all over the world!
