Family winery for 5 generations, located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, in Burgundy, is under Philippe Gavignet. The fifth generation is present with the arrival of Benoit in August 2015 and Elodie in January 2018. The vineyards are conducted in reasoned fight, spread over about 13 hectares, regrouping 14 different names in the Côte de Nuits, mainly made up of red wines (Burgundy, Nuits-saint-Georges Villages and Nuits-st-Georges 1 st-Georges 1 st Cru), but also include a Rosé Burgundian and white wines including a Nuits-Saint-Georges Blanc. The Argillats. Visitors can be accommodated within the vaulted cellar to taste wines from the area. The Domaine displays particularly attractive rates, with the price range evolving between € 7.50 and 37 € only. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau moment de convivialité et de partage, Elodie est passionnée par son métier, un accueil parfait avec le sourire, c'est devenu tellement rare de pouvoir rencontrer des vignerons en Bourgogne, des vins excellents qui ont chacun leur caractère, et qui ont du potentiel de vieillissement, je recommande à 200%

Une très belle découverte ! Un grand merci pour l’accueil et la dégustation simple, authentique et généreuse.
C’est rare aujourd’hui de trouver un domaine comme Philippe Gavinet, où l’on prend encore le temps de partager ses vins sans prétention.
