Hélice is the boutique of Karine Obriot, who has a passion for snails and whose main supplier is Maison Billot, specialists in Burgundy snails since 1796. The Helix pomatia are harvested and the parsley is prepared with butter from Normandy, pink garlic from Lautrec and salt from the Camargue. The estate comprises 5.5 ha, 4 of which are planted with Chardonnay and Savagnin, including a parcel of Château-Chalon. Philippe Butin, who has run the estate since 1980, has just handed over the pruning shears to his son Kevin and Aloïs, both of whom are equally passionate about their work. Founded in 1886, the Maison de l'andouillette Michel Soulié is an institution whose reputation extends far beyond the region. The amateurs will be in paradise there! Thus, the andouillette with Chablis is a marvel which it is absolutely necessary to taste. You can also find terrines, foie gras, marbled ham, cheeses from the region, and of course Chablis wines. La Chablisienne is a cooperative with 300 members, including 200 winegrowers and 5 prestigious vineyards, representing 25% of the Chablis vineyards. Founded in 1923, La Chablisienne has won numerous awards and developed its range with finesse. So you can look forward to a wealth of discoveries. Also based in Vézelay, this cellar is a must. Concerned about the environment, Emmanuel and Nathalie have been managing the estate's 9.5 hectares of organic farming since 2018. Their demands continue during the harvest when time is no longer important, the right maturity of each parcel is expected for the picking of the grapes. The harvest is done by manual selection of the grapes where the eye has all its importance, then the vinification is subject to rigorous monitoring. The wines are made with the least possible inputs in order to preserve the raw material and the juices. There are also natural wines.

La Meulière, an organic artisan bakery founded in 1994 by Achim Schulzbongert, has always championed "eating well" for better health. An ethic shared by Théo Bouvier, who worked with this master baker for nine years and took over the business in 2022. The charming little store, with its rustic decor and stone millstone in front, is equipped with a mill for preparing organic wholemeal spelt flours and various flakes. Visitors come for the wide range of sourdough breads, viennoiseries, cakes and original snacks.

Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Specializing in the great wines of the Côte Chalonnaise and, above all, Crémant de Bourgogne, this vast 116-hectare estate delicately showcases the terroirs of the Rully, Givry, Mercurey, Bouzeron and Montagny appellations. Produced using sustainable viticulture methods, the wines are fine and delicate. There's nothing better than to treat yourself to a tasting in this exceptional setting of vaulted cellars carved out of the rock. A great address!

This beautiful crèmerie, run by Marie and Christophe, lights up the square. Its architecture is typical of the fruitières of yesteryear. Born in 1907, this is a shop with a long history. It offers cheeses matured by Arnaud. Comtés aged from 5 to 36 months and matured at the Fort des Rousses. You'll also find other regional specialties, including "producer" wines. A remarkably friendly welcome and very reasonable prices. Juraflore regularly wins gold at the Concours Général Agricole.

An outstanding winemaker, Jérôme Arnoux has 20 years of vineyard and cellar experience behind him, managing two niches at the same time. First, a 15-hectare estate, part of which is organic. Then there's "Les caves de la Reine Jeanne" (Queen Jeanne's cellars), where visitors are welcomed under medieval vaults and arches. It's hard to recommend a particular vintage, such is the care taken with each one. Our senses nevertheless came to rest on this "Exception", a 2018 Arbois rouge trousseau. A perfume of fresh fruit of unprecedented finesse, combined with a range of suppleness on the palate.

Comté and Morbier are the fruitière's flagship products. Other dairy products include butter, crème fraîche and yoghurt.

Located on the eponymous rue des Forges, Café des Forges is a friendly little spot in the heart of Dijon's historic center. Just over a year ago, Clémence took over this authentic bistro with its pretty moldings in one of the most beautiful streets in the Cité des Ducs. Her secret?
