The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is a unique winery dedicated to the vines and wines of Burgundy, with a scenographic space and a huge range of 85 Burgundy appellations. The cellar showcases the work of some 50 winemakers, who produce small cuvées of chardonnay, pinot noir, aligoté and gamay, expressing the typicity of their terroirs. For gourmets, the "produits du terroir" area, where you'll also find a wide selection of wine accessories, offers the best of local traditions.
