The Vignerons de Mancey winery boasts a superb sensory and educational trail that awakens all five senses. Geology, grape varieties, the vegetative cycle and winemaking are all described in detail using a perfectly designed scenography. Several tasting formulas, from the simplest (free) to tailor-made, are available to try out, as well as gourmet walks and vineyard tours. It's the perfect way to discover the 85 Burgundy appellations on sale, including wines produced by the cellar's fifty or so winegrowers.

Open all year round. Drive-through and shipping service. Tasting workshops (from free to €30). Sundays and public holidays 9:30am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 6pm. Low season: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6:30pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 7pm.
