Sumptuous vaulted and ribbed cellars will not let your visit to this splendid estate go unremarked. Dating back to the 16th century, they offer a foretaste of what's to come. Annie and Jean-Luc settled here in 1991. Today, the couple owns 11 ha, mostly whites, including the most illustrious AOC Château-Chalon. A particularity here: the yellow wines are aged in the attic! The Mouillard's focus is on varietal wines. On the red side, we really enjoyed this "Cousin", a cousin of macvin, made with fine grapes.

Nous sommes rendu directement au caveau lors de la porte ouverte du weekend de la percé 2023 à Voiteur. Très bel accueil, très beau vins mentions spéciale pour les blancs chardonnay floraux et tradition et pour le rouge Rubis a base de pinot noir, poulsard et trousseau. Mention speciale pour son vin de liqueur "le cousin"
