Museum with French museum status, housing over 2,500 objects, including 450 modern and vintage eyeglasses.

Opened in 2003 in a contemporary building, the Musée de la Lunette is unique in France. Located in Morez, the capital of the French eyewear industry, the museum offers two routes: the history of the metal spectacle, begun in 1796 thanks to the skill of a master nail-maker, and the world history of eyewear through the Pierre Marly collection, the "couturier des lunettes". A unique collection to discover, thanks to a fun and educational tour. Temporary exhibitions enhance this fascinating visit.
