Célia and Guillaume moved to the wine capital from Roanne, where they worked alongside and collaborated with chef Pierre Troisgros. Their rustic stall and workshop smell delicious as soon as you step inside, as do the succulents the chef prepares on his marbles. Confectionery, pastries and chocolates have immediately won over a tasteful public. Their star products: giant madeleines, "Caramel à l'O" in partnership with Salins, marshmallows, chocolates... even ice creams in season. You'll be amazed by so many sweet treasures!
