The Biocoop network is a cooperative society governed by an ethical charter and is entirely dedicated to organic farming. For its 30th anniversary, the chain has opened a 220 m² shop in the centre of town. The range of products has been further extended: "My aim is to offer the services of a delicatessen, from baby nappies to champagne, while taking an alternative approach", says Céline Raigneau, who has led the transformation of a local shop that started in a garage into a chic and trendy mini-market.
