Fabien Bertheau, crowned France's best pastry chef in 2015, offers refined creations and revisited classics.
Fabien Berteau, crowned France's best pastry chef in 2015, established his store in Beaune, refurbished with refinement in 2024. He unveils subtle-flavored creations, with his signature cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, Saint-Honoré and lemon tart are brilliantly reinterpreted, first seducing our eyes with their visual elegance before awakening our taste buds. His tea room, Le Garden, is now located opposite the patisserie.

The service keeps the level, where the foreign experience of the marriage running the local evidences an appreciated openness also to those coming from outside France.
Last, probably one of the best cappuccinos that one can have, considering the distant French culture from good coffee.
Merci beaucoup.
