When Fabien Berteau was voted France's best pastry chef in 2015, he set up his own patisserie in Beaune. A boutique that evolved in 2024 to better showcase his subtle creations. In his chic boutique, he offers pastries with delicate flavors, his specialty remains cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, Saint Honoré, Tarte au citron, everything is revisited for our greatest pleasure. The Salon de Thé, Le Garden, is now just opposite the Pâtisserie.
