In the small village of Gillois, in the heart of the Haut Jura, Benoît welcomes you to his store selling local cheeses and products. In the mornings, you can visit his workshop, where he will share his know-how with you. At the end of the tour, you'll be amazed by the pre-refining cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of mature comtés. The store is open daily.

Nous avons eu la chance de visiter cette fruitière et de voir comment est fabriqué le fameux Comté. Nous avons eu un superbe accueil. Le maître fromager et son personnel ont pris le temps de nous faire découvrir toutes les étapes de fabrication de ce fabuleux Comté. Et merci également pour cette sympathique dégustation. Bonne continuation. (La famille Picarde????)

Nous avons eu la chance de participer à une visite guidée avec le fromager qui nous a montré l'élaboration du comté. S'en est suivi d'une dégustation de différents mois d'affinage. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Personnel très accueillant, il nous a expliqué son métier avec passion, de la transformation du lait à la maturation dans les caves.
Avec en cadeau une dégustation de différents comtés à différents stade de maturation.
Je recommande vivement !
