This cheese factory is a co-operative that manufactures the cheese with cow's milk from the member breeders. Service rapide mais l'accueil reste aimable. Le Comté est très bon et pas trop cher. On peut demander à goûter avant d'acheter. Je recommande !

Gros coup de cœur tant pour le personnel que les produits ! Prix largement abordables. 28 euros pour presque 2 kilos de fromage. Les fromages sont vraiment de qualités. On vous propose volontiers des dégustations, on vous conseille chaleureusement sur vos besoins. Une équipe vraiment tip top. Le seul point négatif sera sans doute le poids sur la balance à force de venir une fois par semaine ????
