This cheese factory is a co-operative that manufactures the cheese with cow's milk from the member breeders. But it's more than just a "fruit", because here, not only fine-tuning the cheese, and we sell it, but we're being explained! A "visiting gallery" will make you discover the secrets of fabication, the process of processing milk milk on our plates, as well as the history of the country, strongly linked to that of the cheese. The shop offers all regional cheeses: county, cheese, Mont-d'or, "brick de Joux" and others. But also other selected francs products to discover or rediscover, your palace will be enchanted.
