Jonathan Pautet's boutique is located in the heart of the city, and has one thing in common: its fine, delicate flavors. The staff take the time to advise you and give you details of the tastes, often specifying the origin of the products used. Among the pastry chef's specialties are choux pastries, brightly colored, crisp and melt-in-your-mouth, just the way some people like them. Try the lime.

Don’t be scared off by the vivid coloured macarons! I walked in after checking some reviews and told myself to give them a shot.

Coming from Singapore, macarons back home can come off extremely sweet on the palate and I was hesitant to try. But I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the macarons here where the freshness of the fruit and deepness of the nut/chocolate flavour shine through without being overbearingly sweet.

€1.50 per macaron and they were so well worth the experience! Highly recommended!!! ????

The lady helping me today was also very honest since I expressed they I wanted to bring some home for my husband because of how good they were. But due to the long journey and also when we cannot keep these macarons chilled, she advised against it because it will change the texture and taste.

Got a mix of macaron, chocolates and choux. Everything was good.

Possibly the best macarons I’ve ever had & I’ve had Ladurée, P Hermé, in Tokyo …. Each flavor is fresh, tastes lively & natural. The cream is rich but still light. The shell is light & crunchy. After the light crunchy bite, the whole macaron melts with natural & fresh flavor in my mouth. I’ll be talking about these macarons for years ????
I’d come back to Dijon for these macarons. I didn’t try the chocolates & regretting! The lady who’s the owner is so nice & gentle.
