The Vocoret family is one of the oldest in Chablis and for 4 generations it has been taking care of its vineyards located on clay-limestone slopes. Vocoret et Fils cultivates about forty hectares where the famous Chablis vintages are produced, including the first vintages montée-de-tonnerre, mont de milieu, forêt, vaillon, montmains and côte-de-léchet, and the great vintages vaudésir, clos, valmur, blanchots. Here, traditional vinification is practiced and bottling is done on the property. A know-how that is exported all over the world.

In 1998, an estate grand cru vinified in oak barrels was ranked among the world's top 100 wines. In 2021, the Chablis^1er Cru AOC Les Vaillons2018 received a Double Gold Award in Japan's first international wine competition. the Defaix family have been winegrowers for 4 centuries. In other words, they know their way around the terroir! They welcome you to their 7 cellars dating from the ^8th to the ^12th centuries, to the Lys de Chablis (their hotel) and to the bistro Le Mâchon Vigneron, where local (and homemade) cuisine blazes. Like the escargots au chablis Defaix or the jambon braisé à la chablisienne, whose original recipe comes from the family. We also liked the piece of beef with Soumaintrain sauce from the Gillot farm.

Laroche has 3 locations in Chablis: the boutique, the Obédiencerie and the Hôtel du Vieux Moulin. The Obédiencerie building is emblematic of Chablis heritage. You'll love the tasting tour of these ^9th and ^12th-century cellars and a ^13th-century wine press, followed of course by a wine tasting. Great name of the Chablisien, this house has everything to please. Located in the main street, and close to a bistro, the William Fèvre estate is situated in a 19th century neo-gothic property, based in a former convent. The estate produces all the local appellations: petit chablis, chablis, chablis premiers crus and chablis grands crus. The Domaine Lemoule is a family exploitation since 1950 transmitted from father to son, which proposes burgundies Coulanges of controlled appellation. The Richoux family has been cultivating vines for several generations. For some time now, Gabin and Félix have joined their parents Thierry and Corinne, perpetuating the long and beautiful history of this 18-hectare estate, where excellence is the watchword. What's more, for the past fifteen years or so, the Richoux family has been turning to organic viticulture in order to best respect the original terroir of Irancy, and the spirit of the vintage, which must be faithfully reflected in the bottle.

Philippe Goulley has been producing organic wine since 1991 through a peasant approach in order to "highlight the minerality of the terroirs". Its small chablis, chablis, chablis premier cru montmains and chablis premier cru fourchaume are famous. The heart of the Domaine des Pins lies between Burgundy and Beaujolais, on the slopes of Saint-Amour. 8 hectares of vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, producing Saint-Amour, white Beaujolais and Crémant de Bourgogne. Taken over by Joseph De Sonis, a great connoisseur of the terroir and wine-making, joined in 2017 by Bertrand Polosse, the domaine is working to promote this romantic appellation cru to the region's top restaurants and around the world. This estate, now run by Jean-Claude and Vincent Châtelain, has been a winegrower since 1630. 30 ha are cultivated, all in Pouilly Fumé AOC, and spread over 6 of the 7 communes in the appellation. These are Tracy-sur-Loire, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Mesves-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain, Saint-Laurent-l'Abbaye and Saint-Martin-sur-Nohain. At Domaine Seguin, we use traditional methods of vineyard management and vinification to produce flawless Sauvignon Blanc. Dating back to the early 20th century, Domaine des Fines Caillottes now boasts 42 ha of Sauvignon Blanc and 0.20 ha of Chasselas vines, compared with just 1.2 ha when the family's forefather, Louis Pabiot, worked his vines entirely by hand. The Langlois estate extends over 17 ha of AOP sancerre, pouilly fumé, côteaux-du-giennois and IGP Val de Loire. Located in a shimmering former Perrusson tile factory, Péché Sucré was created by Laurence and Xavier Augagneur over 30 years ago. They produce delicious jams (45 references), spreads, gingerbread and shortbread, chutneys and onion confits, all handcrafted in a small laboratory from mostly local raw materials. Located at the entrance to the village of Montagny-lès-Buxy, on the Côte Chalonnaise, the Domaine du Château de la Saule has been a family affair since the 19th century and Alain Roy is the owner. A winegrower who works an 18.5 hectare estate to produce only Montagny^1er Cru appellation wines through three cuvées. Marcel Garlan is the founder of this estate which had only 3 ha of vines in 1946. Now extended on 19 ha, this family domain has (from generation to generation) known how to emphasize the aromas of the soil to bring out the best with wines of a very beautiful quality. Here, wines of Irancy and Chablis are proposed, as well as crémants of Burgundy. Happiness in bottle, for the connoisseurs! The whole being proposed with a very good reception.

This cheese factory is located at an altitude of 700 metres, on the vast and magnificent Lomont plateau. It produces Comté PDO, Gruyère PGI, cream and butter. The Comté cheeses are matured at the Fort des Rousses. For at least twelve months at a constant temperature and perfect humidity, the cheeses are carefully matured. This cooperative brings together 33 producers from 8 villages on the Nozeroy plateau. Their cows produce 22,500 wheels of Comté, 23,000 wheels of Morbier and 9,000 wheels of Raclette. Located in the hamlet of Les Granges, 800 meters from the village of Petit Mercey, Escargotière Bonvalot is a farm produce store in the Jura region, between Dole and Besançon. You can also visit the Escargotière Bonvalot store in Besançon, at 41 rue de Belfort, with specific opening times according to the season.

For two generations, these "shepherds of the bees" have been harvesting honey from the "black bees of the country" on the Morvan mountains.
