This dairy cooperative produces, matures (in part) and offers its own Comté cheese and products from the local trade. Mild, fruity or aged, the flavours enchant the palate with the rhythm of the maturing process (up to 20 months). Comté cheese but also morbier, cow's cheese rubbed with Jura wine and four spices rub shoulders with Arbois wines, Clerval honey and Mouthier-haute-Pierre beers. The tourist office offers a discovery tour in summer - booking required.

Je viens environ tous les deux mois et je ne changerai plus! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le comté, le morbier sont tellement bons que mes invités me demandent de leur en acheter, car je n'habite pas en Franche Comté. Que dire de plus! La vendeuse fait goûter très volontiers lorsqu'on est poli et sympathique! Boutique joliment décorée, et produits mis en valeur, fiches recettes...

Cheaper than in supermarkets, and there is also good. The only drawback, the smile of the saleswoman. It is a pity that it is so rare, which is a shame that it is not very commercial.
