Mild, fruity or aged, the flavours enchant the palate with the rhythm of the maturing process (up to 20 months). Comté cheese but also morbier, cow's cheese rubbed with Jura wine and four spices rub shoulders with Arbois wines, Clerval honey and Mouthier-haute-Pierre beers. The tourist office offers a discovery tour in summer - booking required.
