The aim of this Vineuse fraternity is to honour any French or foreign person, but Burgundian of heart, who by its actions served Burgundy, especially vineyards won. Finally, at the end of November, the brotherhood organises its great international banquet in the prestigious wine cellar of Petit Ponty on the occasion of the Wine Festival of Wine.

DOMAINE BERBEZY ROLAND FILS ET FILLE

Winery

It is a very young estate. Roland Berbezy and his wife Nathalie had no vineyard, no winery, no equipment when they started their business in 1980. Little by little, the estate has grown. In 2008, their children Julien and Alisson took over and created the company Domaine Berbezy Roland Fils et fille. The two passionate thirty-somethings, who complement each other and were trained at the Beaune viticultural college, carry out all the work themselves with the support of seasonal workers. They vinify and harvest the grapes by hand with 60 pickers for 15 days. They also take care of the maturing, the filtration until the bottling. The estate is in perpetual evolution and awaits you for a tasting of Pinots Noirs, Santenay, but also white and rosé Burgundies and some crémants.

DOMAINE DE MARSOIF

Winery

The Marsoif area is close to Thunder. It's an ancient Center jacket found on the labels of the bottles. Fruity wine, a brin in the final. It's a good place to drink, but also to the aperitif, accompanied by a few gougères. This house is certainly part of the region's heritage, both by the history of its places and by the culture of the product that its owners develop with passion. Wine for it to be good, may not be without heart.

JEROME GALEYRAND

Winery

Not coming from a family of winemakers, Jérôme Galeyrand is part of this new generation that has come to wine-growing by passion and not by inheritance. By dedicating himself entirely to the vine for several years, he worked in this direction (the Viti de Beaune + collaboration with the coast winemakers), now has 5 ha of vineyards spread over the Côte de Nuits: await, fixin, chambolle-musigny and gevrey-chambertin. With the utmost respect for tradition and land, Jérôme brings his know-how and intends to pursue his quest for excellence by combining authenticity and wealth. The culture of the vineyard aims to produce typical wines of its own land. Concerned with a preserved nature, it uses the techniques of reasoned control to enhance the nuances of the land. By visiting him, you will discover about ten names and a dozen vintages available, the first vintage dates back to 2002.

DOMAINE COLINOT

Winery

Colinot is an emblematic name in Irancy, since it is a descendant of the illustrious Soufflot family. A vintage of the famous architect of the Pantheon is the emblem of this estate. As far as the harvest is concerned, the steep slopes are worked by hand. Stéphanie, the daughter of the house, takes care of the vinification in the traditional way, using the pinot noir grape variety and the ancestral Caesar. Very good vintages which are regularly found on the most prestigious French tables, including the famous Palottes, but also the mazelots or veaupessiots. We recommend them to you!

DOMAINE PHILIPPE BORNARD

Winery

It is a beautiful family home perched on the heights of Pupillin. The view is breathtaking but it is from the cellar that you have to go down! The master of the house, Philippe Bornard, happily shares his passion for wine, flying alone since 2005. He used to deliver his harvest to the fruit farm. He explains the cultivation of organic vines, the natural vinification, in the mind of a pioneer like Pierre Overnoy. There, he remembers how his grandmother prepared the "ratafia", a kind of ancestor of the macvin. It evokes the vine of before, tells how it allows a wine to ripen naturally... long macerations and maturing in tuns. The winegrower, whose fox is the mascot, gives amusing names to his wines: the Bodyguard, the Ginglet, the Chamade, the Point barre, the Point barre, the Tant mieux... A man to meet, endearing, who will perhaps play you a guitar tune.

Winegrower from father to son for several generations, Stéphane Brice became the owner of his own estate in 2009. Stéphane welcomes families and groups with pleasure for a tasting and a live visit, whether in the cellar or on the estate. He has 11 hectares which are mainly spread over the slopes of Belan. The Crémants range is complete: blanc de blanc 100% Chardonnay, Crémant rosé, made from Pinot Noir, and our favourite (and the cheapest): crémant brut, with 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay. The Prestige cuvée is a blend of half Pinot Noir and half Chardonnay. Stéphane Brice also offers half bottles, which are perfect for those who are in love! DOMAINE JACQUES PUFFENEY

Winery

From his serene and honest personality, his taste for the true and his much appreciated wines, Jacques Puffeney has a great reputation in the region and not only, it is called the Pope. But the Pope is going. After all these years, this is the time of rest and without successor, the domain Jacques Puffeney was almost entirely bought (4,5 ha out of 6) by Marquis d'Angerville, a famous area volnaysien that has for some time had the Pelican domain in Arbois. Are Burgundy investing in the Jura in the absence of being able to afford vines at home? Pay tribute to the work done by Jacques and Monique Puffeney since 1962. For three years, the duration of the biological transition, it is the domain of the Pelican that will look after the vines. We look forward to tasting these wines, which will, in some way, be symbols of the fusion between Burgundy and Franche-Comté!

JEAN-LUC BOUDROT - DOMAINE PRIN

Winery

The wines of Domaine Tivities begin to be well known to the individual, many are specialized guides that reward him for good grades. It is always a pleasure to meet Jean Luc Boudrot who integrated the Domaine Tivities in 1994 and took over the entire operation in 2004. Do not hesitate to "get off" in Cadus because the estate is located right behind the church and near the castle. By visiting him, you will have the pleasure of discovering a former farmhouse where he has set up his cellar, his cellar and his cellar which reflect his ambitions to make beautiful things, beautiful wines. The 6 ha mined vines concentrate on Cadus, Aloxe-Corton and Savigny. The well-rounded ploughing culture allows the area to offer a range consisting mainly of red wines in village names, first crus (Cadus and Aloxe-Corton) and finally in large vintages: Corton-Bressandes and Cortons Renardes. The new plots of Cadus Blanc start producing their wines. Thus, the Cadus White Village "Toppe d'Avignon" comes with its first vintage 2014. DOMAINE DE LA VOUGERAIE

Winery

This domain, born in 1964, of Prémeaux-Prissey only opens its doors to professionals, so you will have to show your white paws to access the cellars and the nectars produced within its walls. No less than 36 wines ranging from Burgundy appellations to Clos de Vougeot monopolies are worked and matured here. Born from the blending inherited and acquired from several estates, today that of Vougeraie is a must in the Côte-d'Or, representing 67 plots of land on 34 hectares. In this house, respect for the terroir, and more precisely for the land, is not just an easy word, but a real commitment. Biodynamics is akin to a religion and is applied from the vine to the cellar throughout the entire production process, with yield not being the top priority. The earth is trodden with respect, the grapes are handled gently, vinified with finesse to the rhythm of the moon. Finally, the wines are matured until they are born with the attention that one gives to a child. The Domaine de la Vougeraie is first and foremost a state of mind!

MANOIR DU CAPUCIN

Winery

In 2002, Chloé Bayon resumed his ancestors' estate and returned to family tradition. The Manoir du Capucin was the home of Capucin Luillier, author of the "Mâconnais Mâconnais" in the seventeenth century. The property is one of the oldest houses in the village of Fuissé. Chloe Bayon's great-grandfather, Antoine Forest, says, "Tony," he bought in 1921. He was also president of the Pouilly-Fuissé producer union. For years, vines are exploited by metalholders, with Chloe's parents kissing quarries far from the vine. The appeal of the ancestors will eventually win the heart of Chloé Bayon, who after studies of viticulture and oenology, settled in this area now 12.5 ha including 9.5 ha of Pouilly-Fuissé. Go visit Chloe. She will tell you about his various cuvages that have received several prizes. DOMAINE DE VILLAINES-VISERNY

Winery
Closed - Open to 10h30

The culture of the vine in Auxois dates back to the Middle Ages. In the 250 th century there were hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Villaines-les-Prévôtes and Viserny, mainly for family consumption. But phylloxera, the First World War, and then the exodus from rural areas endanger vine culture. In the Auxois, "we no longer raise wine… but cattle". Relaunched by a group of friends in 1990, the Coteaux vineyards of the Auxois now spread over 10 hectares. Since the end of 2013, Domaine Viserny has been acquired by the Maison Louis Latour. If the work of the vines remains traditional, the vines and breeding are now carried out by the Maison Fèbvre house in Chablis. The various wines offered, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Grey, like the Pearl of the Auxois, retain the typical of their land but will be able to win even more. You can always find the wines from the Domaine de Viserny in the Magasins'Vert stores on the Côte d'Or, but also right now throughout the distribution network of Latour, in France and abroad.

DOMAINE GENELETTI

Winery

At Geneletti, we were able to settle where the Jura wine is best. This is the domain at Château-Chalon, at Etoile and Arbois, AOC in character, which allows the family to develop very different wines on land with specific characteristics. This is to say if, in the Geneletti domain, you will be able to understand the differences between the many Jura wines, and in particular the elegant subtlety of the wines of L'Etoile that it produces from savagnin alone or assembled with chardonnay. You can also discover the area at wine shows in Paris, Lyon, Toulouse or Lille.
