A beautiful story is written at Domaine Arlaud… An area that knows where he comes from and who knows where he goes. Since 2004, the 15 hectares of vineyards have been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming and since 2014 all wines in the field are certified "organic and biodynamic wines"! The Clos Bellefond - Domaine Louis Nié is a family estate with over 120 years of history. Bernard Chapelle, its owner, accommodates you every day. His wife, Laurence, very good in English, will be pleased to present the estate to foreign tourists. Since nearly 2 years, the estate's website has offered the online shopping of more than 80 references, there are vintages on 10 appellations of the house. The range is completed with little negotiated lots particularly in white which counts for approximately 10% of the volumes. Bruno Desaunay's estate, after several rachats and successions, is now spread over six hectares and is divided into five communes on the Coast of Nuits, all prestigious. The wines produced, Pinot pour le rouge or chardonnay pour le blanc, are grown in the municipality of Flagey, but also in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny. For red wines, the house produces Pinot noir burgundy, the vosne-romanée-villages and first cru, the gevrey-chambertin-villages, the night-saint-georges-villages, the chambolle-musigny-villages and two grands crus. For several generations, the family of François Budin, established in the Couchois, has been cultivating its vineyard. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Since then it has been transmitted from father to son or in the instance, from stepfather to stepson, thus the name Chofflet for the stepfather and Valdenaire for the stepson. From the mountains, the stepson, Denis, quickly integrated himself into the middle of the vineyard and fall in love with the Givry terroir. Jean Michel Guillon is at the head of a beautiful area of nearly 14 hectares of vines spread over Gevrey, Chambolle, Vougeot, Santenay and Await. An area that welcomes you directly in the cellar, by appointment. Discover a range of red wines including Grands Crus, Clos de Vougeot and Mazis Chambertin but also First crus and many villages on the Coast of Nuits de Nuits. Domaine Roux is above all an exceptional story! The one of a family estate born in 1950 which, 30 years after, numbered 15 hectares of vineyards…. Pascal and Laurent, two brothers, are the present descendants of a beautiful lineage of winemakers, the Duke family, a great name of beaujolaise viticulture exploiting this domain for ten generations. Today, the area has 13 hectares with rocky and schisty soils. Planted mainly in gamay but also chardonnay, vines are subject to a rigorous size. A low amount of fumes allows to voluntarily limit yields. Careful vinification gives typed and on-call wines. To be tasted: beaujolais red villages and beaujolais white beaujolais, red beaujolais, chénas, saint-amour (Classical and Cuvée Les Capitans), pouilly-loché (white burgundy). Settled for more than a century in the place called "forêt bréault", the Carré family has abandoned breeding and mixed farming to concentrate on the vineyard. The domain is composed of a little more than one hectare of AOC Chablis, nearly two hectares of AOC Bourgogne rouge and a little less than one hectare of AOC Bourgogne Tonnerre.

Léo Petit continues to establish itself in the land of "ploussard". In addition to the vineyards, the Petit family has always loved the "prise de mousse" (foaming) process to produce beers for family consumption. The young brewer seeks out the taste of cereals with water from the small local spring of Vieux Mont, which used to supply the village with drinking water. Clos de Bourgogne located in the historic heart of Gevrey-Chambertin and created by Sandrine and André Lanaud is both a place to buy wines with selections from about 150 estates and nearly 300 references available with a real preference for organic wines. But it is above all an invitation to discover the famous Climats de Bourgogne through a range of tasting workshops completed with visits to the vineyards. Synonymous with high quality, the surname Lapierre is a name that resonates beautifully in the Beaujolais Mountains, in several wine fields. If it is not easy to take a first name to sign his work, the reference to "safe value" seems to be cleverly carved out to Hubert's wines. The derniers maintain the reputation of an area that must be discovered. The 2009 (€ 5,90), promised for future life, do not depart from the qualitative ambition that guides this Lapierre: The Chénas 2009 (tasted on tank) everything in fruit, smooth, long and fruity (cherry), precedes the "old vines", always in 2009 (6,60 €), longer and tannic but perfectly balanced. The small Boccard street, parallel to the Quai des Marans, is rather at a stalemate, but it is here that the wines of white Burgundy, pouilly-fuissé and viré-clessé of the owner-collecting, vigneron-collecting, have been bought and sold since 1595. The ancestral cellar houses a small Musée museum and an old-fashioned tinailler, where white wine was pressed. The Cave de Mazenay is a local institution that was founded in 1963. From his about 15 hectares, Etienne Grivot draws Wines which are among the best in the Côte de Nuits. After his classes at the Beaune high school school, Etienne also studied wine in California and many French wine growers. Rather, his wines are intended for safekeeping: they express their elegance and complexity only after several years, and they can sometimes find them austere or reserved in their youth premium. Jean-Louis Chaumonnot, a small farmer from Châtillon, set up his winery in 1995. With his daughter Elodie, they now cultivate 9 hectares of vines. Part of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay harvested is sold to the wine trade, the rest has been vinified on the estate since 2005. A small, well-equipped winery enables Jean-Louis Chaumonnot and his family to produce 6,000 to 7,000 bottles a year. Among them are Crémants, 100% Pinot Noir rosé and 100% Chardonnay white, as well as an excellent ratafia. The harvest is done entirely by hand in mid-September.
