Everything here is steeped in history. The Goisot family already owned vineyards in the 15th century. However, it was in 1947 that Serge Goisot launched production. Since then, this passion has been passed down from generation to generation. Anaëlle Goisot and René Grivot now produce (on 27.5 ha) Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, Saint Bris, Côte d'Auxerre, and Bourgogne Aligoté. The Domaine has been awarded the Label HVE. As for its Saint-Bris 2021 and Bourgogne Aligoté 2021, they were both awarded gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole 2023.
