CAVE D'AZÉ
In the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards, which stretch between Mâcon, Tournus and Cluny, the Cave d'Azé, founded in 1927, presents the work of its 45 member winegrowers, who cultivate 248 hectares of vines, representing some 15,000 hectolitres a year. Mâcon village, mâcon azé, burgundy aligoté, burgundy red, crémant de Bourgogne and mâcon rosé are just some of the appellations on offer to taste and take away. Zero waste enthusiasts can bring their own bottles and leave with bulk white or red mâcon at low prices.
