The Bernard family farm has existed since the end of the 1800s and has been handed down from generation to generation.

After several decades of mixed farming, it was in the 1950s that the grandfather favoured the cultivation of vines. Jacques, his son, began to develop the wine estate by planting numerous plots of vines... In 2008 the first vintage of Domaine La Ligière was born. The Château d'Hugues belonged to the Pradier family from 1869 to 1988. Since 2017, it has been under the control of Grégory Payan, who had been the estate's vineyard manager for ten years. Julie raises her small herd with a lot of attention. This is the first thing you understand when you go to her farm to buy her cheeses, yoghurts or brousse. The fresh cheese is plain or flavoured with shallots, cumin, savory or rose petals. Depending on the season, she also offers Alsatian, Italian (tomato, oregano) Christmas (cinnamon, ginger and sesame seeds) and vegetable (leeks, carrots, shallots, onions) flavours.

Founded in 1924 by a dozen winegrowers, the winery now brings together around a hundred contributors for a cultivated area of 552 hectares in AOP Luberon and IGP Méditerranée appellations. Created in 1956, since this year it has been associated with the Vacqueyras winegrowers' cellar, the group is now called Rhonéa. A magnificent terroir, grapes picked when ripe, a brand new, welcoming and spacious winery to which a good restaurant has been added.
