Sylvie and Florian have turned this courtyard into a sanctuary for chocolate lovers of all shapes and textures. The address is a pure invitation to indulgence. Florian, who is passionate about his craft and has been a Master Chocolatier since 2022, makes his own hand-coated marvels without additives or preservatives. For his ganache and praline recipes, Florian has selected Valrhona Grand Chocolat, of which he is a partner, pure cocoa butter. Special creations are available for tasting: Les Monts, Les Barres gourmandes and Les Craquantes
