LE CAFÉ DE LA FONTAINE - VAUGINES
We knew Thomas and Marjorie when they ran La Dame Jeanne in Cucuron, but now they've left it for a new concept: a pizzeria, tapas bar and wine bar. A real village bistro on this little square by the fountain, where it's good to sit down. The pizzas are copious - around fifteen in all - so there's plenty of choice in toppings, with a recommendation for the truffle pizza. Salads and small dishes à la carte are welcome for a midday break, as are tapas for aperitifs, homemade desserts, wines from here and abroad and a selection of beers. Let's go there!
