Production of local olive oils using traditional stone millstones. Store in the heart of the village.
The owners have recreated the interior of a farmhouse, and they've succeeded! In the same spirit, the oil produced at the mill is made in the traditional way. Whether the olives come from the 2,500 contributors or from the family, which owns 4,000 trees, they are crushed using stone millstones. You'll find them in metal cans in the store, along with honey, tapenade and wine. In the heart of the village of Gordes, the mill invites you to visit its boutique with its 12th-century cellar.
