For enthusiasts, flea market stalls line the Cours Henri Fabre. And then head for the Cours Taulignan, where Nyons olives and olive oils, Baronnies lime blossom and other regional produce will give you ideas for lunch. It's a truly beautiful Provencal market, with arts and crafts from local artists and artisans, seafood and butchers, textiles and hardware... You might just fall for a slice of pissaladière as you stroll along, because that's the only rhythm you'll find here.
