Don't miss one of Provence's most typical farmers' markets. In southern Luberon, it's THE Sunday morning rendezvous.
Every Sunday morning from April to November, along the entire length of the Saint-Martin-de-la-Brasque mall, market gardeners, nurserymen, olive oil makers, winemakers and other local producers display their treasures. There's good bread, deliciously cooked snails and, above all, a fishmonger who comes all the way from Bouzigues to offer us a taste of his oysters. Tables and chairs bloom in the meadow, a little dry white wine and the stage is set for the Sunday aperitif. The occasional accordionist completes the picture. What more could you ask for!
