In the 11th century Saint-Martin-de-La-Brasque was called Le Castelas and during the Revolution "Le Mont-Libre". Destroyed and abandoned in the 15th century, St-Martin had to wait until the beginning of the 16th century to begin its second life thanks to the Lord of La Tour d'Aigues. Make a small detour through the village to admire the bastides. Don't miss the farmers' market, the first traditional market in the southern Luberon. It takes place on the shady village square on Sunday mornings from May to October. The producers make you discover the local soil, fresh and quality products, each one more tasty than the other, which will fill your picnic basket
