The cellar has been in the hamlet since its creation in 1925 and is excellent. Its vineyard is located in the south of the Ventoux appellation and to the south-east in the communes of Goult, Gordes, Joucas, Roussillon... The management team is dynamic and constantly seeks to innovate. We taste the wines - we love the white Ventoux "Aubépine" on summer tables. We also take the opportunity to choose some regional products: tapenade, vinegar, salt. The welcome is always warm, which is why it has been awarded the highest level in the Caveau Inter-Rhône's Quality Charter "Accueil Caveau Inter-Rhône".

The Marché Flottant was created in the 1960s, initiated by René Légier after a trip to Bangkok. Since then, every 1ᵉʳ Sunday in August, merchants in traditional costume go from one bank of the Sorgue to the other aboard their Nègo-chin (flat-bottomed boats) to sell fruit and vegetables, cheeses and bouquets of flowers. At the end of the market, around 1pm, they gather to sing the Coupo Santo, the hymn of the Félibrige. A picturesque spectacle that draws huge crowds. Get there early if you want a front-row seat.

Situated on the first foothills of the Luberon, in a sublime landscape, this imposing fortified residence belonged in the 16th century to the Aix parliamentarian Malherbes. In 2004, Nathalie and Albert Souzan bought this ancestral wine estate. On the 22-hectare estate, it is Nathalie who, after training in Suze-la-Rousse, has taken on the exciting role of winegrower. Very well supported by the whole family, the harvest and bottling follow one another. The labels are conjugated in I, You, Her, Us, They, in the three colours.

The estate covers 28 ha at the foot of the Luberon mountain. It is a very special terroir, limestone, sand and stones, on which vines were already cultivated in Gallo-Roman times. Domaine La Garelle produces red, white and rosé Côtes du Luberon AOP and Vins de Pays de Vaucluse. The cellars are air-conditioned and the pneumatic press takes care of the grapes. The average age of the vines is 25 years in AOC, and 15 years in Vins de Pays. Alain Audet, an agricultural engineer, has all the cards in hand to make the best wines!

It's been a family affair for four generations. The owners pamper 12 ha certified in organic agriculture from which they obtain an AOC Provence oil. You will find it at the estate shop, in pretty bottles, fruity or flavoured (lemon, truffle, basil, Espelette pepper), alongside green and black tapenades. And as the benefits of olive oil are multiple. Take the time to discover the other products of this mill where cereals are grown.

This distillery has been in existence since 1835, and it was it that created the mythical Pac Citron 50 years ago! It's the oldest distillery in Provence. The great poet Frédéric Mistral even offered him a few verses. Come and try our Provencal liqueurs: Comtadine, Elixir du Mont Ventoux, oregano liqueur and lavender liqueur, which goes so well with apricot and melon sorbets. Syrups, eaux-de-vie and aperitifs are also available.

Cousin of the Domaine Chante Cigale, this estate consists of two properties: 15 ha in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 28 ha on the right bank of the Rhône, la Chapelle-de-Maillac, in the Gard department. Some vines are more than 50 years old, others more than 80! The estate's reputation is due in part to a cuvée (well named) from a hundred-year-old parcel, Le Secret des Sabon, sold only by reservation and whose information remains well guarded by the family. The estate also has old vintages and magnums sold by the drop...

The estate, a former ^12th-century convent, extends over 36 hectares, 25 of which are cultivated with vines, the rest being forest and garrigue. Guy Jullien and his son Thomas produce organically grown wines in three colors: AOC Beaumes-de-Venise red, with good ageing potential; Côtes-du-Rhône red and white; and Côtes-du-Ventoux red and rosé. Aureto is the 5-star Coquillade Village Relais & Châteaux wine estate. The 36 ha of vines are cultivated using integrated farming methods in AOP Ventoux and AOP Luberon. The cellar, equipped with a stainless steel vat room and a barrel cellar, enables us to vinify in the best possible conditions. The quality of the wines is the property's primary objective, which is reflected in the numerous medals and citations in the best wine guides. The tasting cellar is the ideal place to discover the cuvées, which are named after the wind (Autan, Tramontane, Maestrale...).

From the producer to the consumer, there is nothing better than tasting ripe fruit, in this case apricots and cherries, the emblematic fruits of the region. Here, they were picked the day before in the property's orchard. For the record, it was Alain Meyer's great-grandfather who planted the first apricot trees at Le Barroux in 1900! You will be able to fill your basket with seasonal fruit, olive oil, apricot nectar and cherry and apricot jam.

The truffle market in Carpentras (France's leading truffle-producing region) is held in the porch and courtyard of the Hôtel-Dieu every Friday morning from 8am in winter. Individuals can choose their tuber melanosporum on the porch, while the "carré" in the courtyard of honor is reserved for professionals, brokers, restaurateurs and traders. This intimate, silent market has a very special atmosphere. Transactions take place in an air of secrecy; this is a market for connoisseurs.

The Haut brothers have been running the mill for 5 generations. The olive oil is crushed by stone millstones. The extraction is then done in a horizontal centrifuge. The fruité vert is extracted from the aglandau variety, more commonly called "verdale de Carpentras" in this part of the department. The Comtat mill markets the oil from its own orchards and from a few olive growers, and offers individuals the opportunity to crush by batch, and thus leave with their own oil.

The Domaine de la Royère has been in the Hugues family for several generations. But it was in 1988 that Anne and Jean-Pierre Hugues decided to recreate a wine heritage. The first vintage was vinified the same year. The 32 hectares of vines, the oldest of which are a hundred years old, are spread over three terroirs around Oppède and Oppède-le-Vieux, cultivated using sustainable agriculture, limited yields and manual harvesting. The L'oppidum cuvée, a Côtes du Luberon A.O.C. rosé, is vinified by direct pressing.

In place of Forbin de Janson, for those who know it, you'll now find the Domaine des Jardinettes roadside sign between Villelaure and Pertuis. The estate covers some 30 hectares, with a dozen grape varieties, mainly syrah, merlot, muscat petits grains, grenache and white grenache. The Domaine's wines are all organically grown (certified ECORCET FR - bio - 01; 30) and come in 3 colors, 2 bottled ranges and 1 bag-in-box range. Take a tour of the cellar, where you can taste the Cuvée Caprices de Jade, for example, and fill your basket with local products beautifully presented in a small delicatessen section.

It's an estate handed down from generation to generation, in a privileged location. It includes the winery, the Musée des Arts et des Métiers du Vin (Museum of the Arts and Crafts of Wine). This is an opportunity to discover monumental antique wine presses and old wine-making equipment, a reception room and a gîte in a 1750 dwelling. Antoine welcomes you all year round from Monday to Saturday by appointment, you just have to take a phone line to supply you with certified organic fruit and vegetables. Strawberries, beans, onions, pink or black radish, cébettes, etc. The farm is also present on the markets of Velleron and the Isle on the Sorgue.

White and black nougat are the jewels of the production of this sign, but you will also find old-fashioned macaroons, calissons, spreads, old-fashioned marshmallows, chocolate-covered almonds. Domaine du Grand Montmirail - Vignobles Cheron is a vineyard located in Gigondas, in the Rhône region. For five generations, the Cheron family has been committed to producing exceptional wines for moments of sharing and conviviality. Owner Yves Cheron, originally from Burgundy, brings his know-how and sense of elegance to the production of Rhône wines. The 70-hectare estate is dominated by the granite cliffs of the Dentelles de Montmirail. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, used to produce red wines such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise. An alliance of the winegrowers of Roaix-Séguret was concretized by the creation of the cooperative cellar in 1960. The winegrowers of Roaix-Séguret have been working for about thirty years to improve their products, rewarded by their classification in the "Villages" appellation with a commune name Roaix et Séguret, in 1967. The 70-hectare estate is dominated by the Dentelles de Montmirail, granite cliffs almost 100 meters high. The main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, which are used to produce the red wines of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise. Domaine des Pasquiers is a winery located in Sablet, in the town of 84110. Owned by the Lambert family since 1935, the estate covers 87 hectares and offers a variety of appellations, including IGP Vaucluse, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône villages Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône villages Sablet and Gigondas. The Lambert family has been dedicated to winegrowing for four generations, and began converting the entire vineyard to organic farming in 2010. It is one of the oldest vineyards in the region, with a history dating back to the 19th century. The estate covers 50 hectares of vines on different terroirs, belonging to village appellations and crus such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Sablet, Séguret and Villedieu. The owners, Catherine and Christian Bonfils, both come from winegrowing families that have been in business for several generations, and their approach to winemaking is based on respect for the terroir. The estate's white wines are certified organic, while the reds are in the process of conversion. The estate also offers delivery services.

The Domaine Brusset wine cellar is a must for wine lovers. With a wide selection of wines from the region, visitors can discover and purchase quality wines. The cellar also offers a delivery service for those wishing to receive their wines directly at home. However, there are no on-site meals or takeaways.
