Romain Dol represents the5th generation on this Le Novi estate, which means "newlyweds" in Provençal. This 28-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and planted with 15 traditional Mediterranean grape varieties, including a number of old, late and Provençal varieties. It produces AOP Luberon wines in all 3 colors, 40% of which are white. Noteworthy among the cuvées are Mr Brun and Gandolfi, 2 natural wines with no added sulfur. A family treasure hunt is available in the vineyards. Numerous events are organized throughout the year.
