Romain Dol represents the^5th generation on this Le Novi estate, which means " the newlyweds" in Provençal. This 30-hectare vineyard is organically farmed and planted with 15 traditional Mediterranean grape varieties, including a few old, late and Provençal varieties. It produces AOP Luberon wines in all 3 colors, with 40% whites and 2 rosés; elegant, delicate wines of character, full of freshness and minerality. The cuvées include Mr Brun and Landolfi, 2 natural wines with no added sulfur.

While madeleines originated in Commercy in eastern France, where Madeleine Paulmier invented the recipe in the ^18th century, in the Luberon region of France Émeline has been making hundreds of handmade madeleines every day since 2021, to the delight of gourmets. Crunchy and soft, not too sweet, plain, with chocolate, preserved lemon or almonds, they are shaped like a scallop shell.
