His Maison Rafalyne, a showcase for talented local producers, offers wines, spirits, honeys, tapenades... as well as products from other regions, such as foies gras from Tarn-et-Garonne. Occasional "Buffets Champêtres" invite you to sample Provençal varietals, cheeses, charcuterie and madeleines from the Luberon region.
