2025, an excellent vintage for Sylla as it celebrates its 100th anniversary! A large family of around a hundred winegrowers sharing 1000 hectares of vineyards, with terroirs clearly differentiated between the northern Luberon and the southern Monts de Vaucluse. At the cellar, you can taste AOP Luberon, Ventoux and Vins de Pays de Vaucluse IGP before making your choice. One evening a month, the cellar transforms into a convivial lounge bar. In summer, vineyard walks are organized on reservation.

Nous étions deux et nous avons pris une assiette de charcuterie et une assiette de fromages que l'on s'est partagé le tout compris dans des formules comprenant 3 verres de vins, un dessert et un café.
Nous nous sommes régalés. Les assiettes étaient copieuses et nous avons dégusté d'excellents vins.
Si vous passez par Apt ou que vous n'y êtes pas loin je vous conseille d'y faire un tour et de vous régaler.
