For over 25 years, the Silvain family's nougaterie has been making confections that sublimate fruit, almonds and honey. All three are produced in-house. Their boutique is fragrant, and they invite you to share a few steps in the production process in their workshop area. You'll find a wide range of traditional confections (black or white nougat, apricot-figue-pistachio nougat or black olive nougat), honeys, jams, quince paste and praline-coated almonds.

Living Heritage Company. Bicycle reception. Low season: open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. High season: daily from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Annual closure from January 7 to 31. Workshop tours. Educational trail and special tours for children. Tourism & Handicap label.

Très bon nougat fait maison. Vous pouvez acheter des petits morceaux emballés individuellement au goûts variés pour offrir par exemple ou bien des grandes barres. On y trouve aussi du chocolat. Les prix sont assez abordables vu la grande qualités de ces derniers.

C'est un stop à faire à St Didier.
Le choix de nougats et assez étendu. A côté des plaques de nougats, on peut panacher les différents mini-nougats de dégustation pour garder un souvenir ou faire un cadeau.
Parfois, on peut assister sur les marchés de la région à une démonstration de fabrication car ce sont de vrais artisans qui savent partager leur savoir et leur passion.
