For over 25 years, the Silvain family's nougaterie has been making confectionery that sublimates fruit, almonds and honey, and has created the Paysans nougatiers chain. All three are produced in-house. Their store is fragrant, and they invite you to share some of the production steps in the workshop. A wide range of traditional confectionery (black or white nougat, apricot-figue-pistachio nougat or black olive nougat), honeys, jams, quince paste and almonds.
